Rivet (“we”, “us”) provides tools for building and operating WhatsApp automations (including webhook ingestion and message sending via the WhatsApp Cloud API). This policy explains what information we process and why.

Information we process

• Account data: email, workspace details, authentication identifiers.
• Messaging data: message content and metadata (timestamps, message IDs, phone number IDs, sender IDs) required to deliver and route messages.
• Operational logs: diagnostics and security logs to keep the service reliable and safe.

How we use information

• To receive events (webhooks), execute automations, and send responses.
• To operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service.
• To comply with applicable laws and platform policies.

Sharing

We may share data with infrastructure providers (hosting/monitoring) and with Meta/WhatsApp to send and receive messages via the WhatsApp Cloud API. We do not sell personal information.

Retention

We retain information only as long as needed to provide the service and for legitimate operational and compliance purposes.
